Our recruitment process:

Analysis

​The first step in the search process is a profile meeting, where we clarify the company’s needs, situation, values and expectations to the candidates’ competences, qualities, and background. Due to our extensive industry knowledge, we are able to challenge our customer as to the position’s content and the candidate’s background and skills. By so doing, we form the base of a good and long-term match between customer and candidate.

Our work is built on a thorough and systematic research and screening. A thorough search is important to identify the right candidates and to ensure that the candidates experience the process as professional.

Search strategy

We map the market and do field desk research.

Interview

Through our systematic recruitment process, we make a thorough assessment of all candidates, which means that the candidates are reviewed by both a Business Researcher and a Consultant and supplemented by a personality profile.

Test / Profiling

To support the optimal match, we use different psychometric tools for the personality analysis. This part of the process is done by our certified consultants and follow applicable ethical guidelines.

Assessment and presentation

We give the customer an overview of the best candidates before the presentation. The presentation is held as an assessment where the candidates get a minimum of 48 hours to prepare a case

After the presentation, we collect references on the candidates that the customer wishes to proceed with. We do this to complete the picture of the candidates and to give our customers the best and most well-informed decision base.

Gathering references

We always collect a minimum of 2 references. 

Contract negotiation

The contract negotiation is between the customer and the candidate. Along with the contract negotiations, we debrief the candidate field.

Follow up

We always follow up on the process 1, 3 and 6 months after the start of the employment with both the customer and candidate. This means that if the candidate unexpectedly does not meet the technical qualification requirements from the profile material, it is up to us to find a replacement free of charge for the customer.
